Rating improved from 1 star to 3 stars. May improve rating to 5 stars later. Product stopped working after 8 months, but Seagate support has been very responsive and agreed to replace the product. I was happy with the drive when it was working, but will now have to re-download all my games. I believe that customer support is part of the product. If Seagate follows through on their commitments, and my experience indicates that they will, I will raise this rating to 5 stars. Very surprised and pleased with the speed and responsiveness to date.
